Versatility and customized functionality:

Our guest house modules offer a range of amenities to suit your needs. From a simple toilet to a toilet with wash facilities or even a toilet with a shower room, we’ve got you covered. Our larger modules feature separate toilets and shower rooms, and some can even be equipped with a pantry or a full kitchen. Experience comfort and convenience in our thoughtfully designed guest house modules.

Sustainable roof design:   

Our modules come standard with an extra-thick, durable EPDM rubber roof in one piece. This roof is not only waterproof for over 50 years but also offers the possibility for installing solar panels or creating a green roof according to your preference.

Each Norrdex module is thoroughly insulated and free from thermal bridges. Moreover, every studio is equipped with advanced “intelligent” ventilation. Optionally, the studio can be fitted with a practical sink with drainage.

At Norrdex, we are committed to sustainability and quality. Hence, we primarily use high-quality aluminum frames, available in a variety of colors and textures, to ensure longevity and minimal maintenance.

Customizable dimensions:   

Norrdex studio modules are available in various standard sizes. Should your ideal location require a different size, we can certainly customize it for you. Each module is unique; you can easily switch from standard to tailor made.

The characteristics of our Studio Module

The structure

Every Norrdex module is built upon a robust framework, constructed from hot-rolled steel profiles. This sturdy structure ensures that your module will stand the test of time, providing enjoyment for generations to come.

The floor and ceiling, crafted from concrete, lend further stability to the module. This enduring construction guarantees that your module will retain its fresh appearance for many years, just as it did on the day of installation. Additionally, climate-controlled flooring and ceiling are seamlessly integrated into the concrete slabs, enhancing the comfort and longevity of your module.

Facade construction

The façade of each module is composed of three distinct layers:
  1. The Outer Core:    This forms the external shell of your module.
  2. The Centre Core:  This provides insulation for your module.
  3. The Inner Core:      This constitutes the internal shell of your module.


These layers can be fully customized to suit your preferences. You have the freedom to select from a range of exterior finishes, insulation packages, and interior finishes. Your choices can be tailored based on the module’s location or the intended function of the interior space.

Window & Door Frames

At Norrdex, our commitment to quality is reflected in our use of high-grade aluminum for window and door frames across all our standard modules.  Roof finish

Roofing is exposed to weather influences all year round. In particular, UV radiation, thermal and mechanical effects (wind, cold, rain, snow, ice, etc.) lead to high material loads and cause many roof waterproofing systems to age quickly. This is not the case with RESITRIX® EPDM. Thanks to the unique product properties, the roof covering can easily last 50 years.
