In the case of a Norrdex Module, we use steel, specifically X-Carb steel - currently the most sustainable variant, for the framework. The profiling has been meticulously chosen for optimal use.

The concrete we use is minimal, serving the purpose of long-term stability, sound insulation, and thermal storage. We use Low Carb CEMIII concrete for this purpose.

The construction wood we use is sourced from Scandinavian forests and carries PFC and PEFC certifications, attesting to its sustainable origins.

The Norrdex Modules are supplied with a sustainability certificate from which the complete origin of all materials used can be found and to which the individual certificates from suppliers have been added.

Given that our modules exceed the standard width permitted for road transport in many countries, they are transported under careful supervision. The regulations for road transport vary from country to country, and we take these into account on a case-by-case basis.

Being situated near a seaport, Norrdex is well-positioned to facilitate shipping, which often proves to be an effective method for delivering the modules as close as possible to their final destination. Our transport partner will provide clear information and work closely with you to select the most appropriate transport method.

At Norrdex, we empower our customers with the flexibility to install our high-end modules themselves. We understand that every customer’s situation is unique, and we’re here to provide remote support every step of the way. If a customer chooses to hire a contractor for the installation, we extend our support to the contractor as well. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and successful installation process, no matter who is carrying out the work.

With Norrdex, you can enjoy a hassle-free experience. If you are bound by a permit, you simply need to have it ready before we proceed with the module installation.

Beyond this, you need not worry about the implementation. Whether you choose your own contractor or one of our partners, Norrdex will handle everything from construction and transport to installation and delivery. If you prefer to manage the process yourself, we’re here to guide you through each step, ensuring a smooth experience without any unexpected surprises.

On the day of installation or shortly after installation, we will visit you to view the module with you. Regardless of whether the module has been installed by you, your contractor or one of our partners. After approval you receive a warranty.

If any unexpected damage occurs during transport or installation, we will resolve this.

Upon installation, or shortly thereafter, we will arrange a visit to review the module with you. This applies regardless of whether the installation was carried out by you, your contractor, or one of our partners. Once approved, your module comes with a warranty of 10 years.
